First, let me start with how extremely happy we are with our floors.
There is no need to look any further.
From the first time I spoke with John, he has responded to my calls, texts, and emails. John has been very professional and commutative, and so prompt . He said it would take 2-3 days, and he surely delivered it, in 2 1/2 days. John also went above and beyond our expectations. He was the only vendor who did a moisture check on our floors. Plus, he leveled the area surrounding our fireplace and filled in some cracks in our living room and bedroom floors. I asked him what we owe you, and he said don't worry about it. Let me say John and Gene are very courteous and extremely clean. They swept after themselves and haul the scrap away. I most definitely call him for mom's floor.

I am so thankful to John for his quick response from my call on a Sunday. I had some water damage in my dining room area that came in under the baseboards from the recent hurricane Milton. John came for an estimate on that same Sunday that I left voicemail on and agreed to come the next day for the work.

Here it is, Monday morning, and I now have a beautiful, newly funished baseboard. I can start putting all furniture back and decorate again. Thanks to John for his commitment and dedication to expediently working me into his schedule.

John answered right away when I reached out to him about a flooring problem. I had a contractor take on a job that ended up being beyond their skill set. John came in to fix the mess within the same week. I appreciated him so much for fitting me in so quickly. I wasn’t with the job half finished for long at all.
